The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) requires that school districts provide parents with an annual state, district, and school status reports to include but not limited to the following: student achievement, accountability and subgroup data.
The FDOE uses data to produce readily accessible school and district report cards, providing transparent information to all stakeholders. The district report card specifically reports on progress toward transitioning students from one level (elementary, middle, high) to the next and reports graduation data.
The reports can be accessed at https://edudata.fldoe.org/index.html

Good afternoon JHS Families,
This call is to inform you of an incident that occurred at JHS today. There were maintenance mechanics preforming work in a mechanical room and triggered the fire alarm. At no point were students in danger. The building was evacuated and cleared before students returned to class.
Also, a fiber has been cut near JHS and we are currently without internet access or phones.
Please be patient with us as we navigate this inconvenience.

Good afternoon,
If you have a student on Bus 532, there has been an issue with a flat tire. They are currently waiting on another bus to come so that students can be transferred over to a operational bus. There is no current time on when another bus will arrive and when drop offs will be. Should you chose, a parent / legal guardian can pick your child up from the Jay High School bus ramp.
